pois3d is an AI-powered platform that helps you tailor resumes and cover letters to specific job descriptions. You provide your career history and a job description, and our system uses artificial intelligence to generate customized documents.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address to use pois3d. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in resumes or cover letters
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service beyond normal use
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions

4. Your Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the career data, resumes, and cover letters you create using pois3d. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Resumes and cover letters generated by pois3d are created with AI assistance. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before submitting it to employers. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee that generated documents will result in employment outcomes.

6. Free & Paid Plans

pois3d offers a free tier with limited generations per month and paid plans with additional features. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep pois3d available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pois3d and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, employment outcomes, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
